Scalloped Corn

Ingredients :

1 Can (16 oz) Cream Style Corn
1 oz Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 Eggs (beaten)
8 oz Milk
4 oz Mature Cheddar Cheese

Method :

Mix everything together and bake at 170°C for about 1¼ hours.

Note :

  • A knife inserted into the centre will come out clean when the corn is cooked.
  • Try different kinds of cheese to vary the flavour.
  • Sprinkle some grated parmesan and paprika on the top before cooking.
  • This dish goes very well with roast lamb.
