Joanna's Cookbook: Chocolate Ganache Filling

Ingredients :
3 oz Dark Chocolate
1 oz Butter
5 oz Cream
5 oz Icing Sugar (sifted)
1 pinch of salt
Method :
Melt the chocolate and butter together and leave to cool.
Add the other ingredients and beat until thick.
Makes a wonderful filling for a dark chocolate cake!
