Chicken Roasted with Garlic

Ingredients :

1 large Roasting Chicken (about 4 lbs)
About 50 (yes, really!) cloves of Garlic (peeled)
4 tbs Butter
Salt
Pepper

Method :

Put some salt, pepper, a few cloves of garlic and a tablespoon of butter inside the chicken.
Put the rest of the garlic and another tablespoon of butter into a baking dish.
Spread the rest of the butter all over the chicken and shake on some salt and pepper.
Put the chicken , breast side down, on the garlic and bake for about an hour at 200°C.
Turn the chicken breast side up after the first half hour and baste frequently throughout the cooking time.
