Granny's Easiest Ever Rice Pudding
Ingredients : 2 oz pudding (short grain) Rice
1 tbs Butter
25 oz Milk (1¼ UK Pints)
1 oz Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
Grated NutmegMethod :
Wash the rice.
Put into a baking dish with the butter, milk, sugar and salt.
Mix well and sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.Bake at 160°C for about 2 hours, stirring after the first hour.
