Chocolate Fudge Sponge Pudding

Ingredients :
(Sponge):
3 oz Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbs Cocoa
pinch of salt
4 oz Butter
4 oz Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tbs Milk

(Sauce):
4 oz Brown Sugar
2 tbs Cocoa
10 oz (½ UK Pint)boiling Water

Method :

Sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt together.
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat the eggs with the milk.
Add the eggs and flour to the creamed mixture.
Put into a greased baking dish.
Put the sauce ingredients into a jug and mix well.
Pour over the batter in the baking dish. Do not mix!
(the mixture will look strange but it will work!)

Bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes.
