No-bake Lunchbox Bars

Ingredients :

8 oz Biscuits (Cookies) - crushed, but not too finely
2 oz Raisins
1 oz Almonds or Hazelnuts (chopped)
2 oz Dark Chocolate
3 oz Butter
2 tbs Honey or Maple Syrup

Method :

Melt the chocolate, butter and honey or syrup together.
Mix in the other ingredients.
Put into a greased 7 inch square cake tin (or whatever!).
Chill in the fridge and cut into bars.

Note :

There are so many things you can add - chopped apricots, dates or cherries, coconut, spices, walnuts, peanuts, marshmallows, ...
