Easy low -fat Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients :

10 oz Pasta
8 oz Frozen Peas
1 can (16 oz) of Tuna in brine (drained and crumbled)
10 oz plain Yoghurt
Freshly ground black or mixed Pepper

Freshly chopped parsley to serve.

Method:

Put the pasta on to boil.
About 5 minutes before the pasta is cooked, add the frozen peas and continue to cook until both are tender.
Drain and return to the saucepan.
Add the tuna, sprinkle on some freshly ground pepper and stir in the yoghurt.
Serve with freshly chopped parsely.

Notes :

  • Quick and simple to prepare and good for you too!
  • The tuna is salty so you shouldn't need to add any extra.
  • If reheating, do not boil, as the yoghurt will separate.
  • Substitute paprika or grated Parmesan for the parsely.
