Pancakes (Crepes)

Ingredients :

4 oz Flour
½ tsp Salt
1 Egg
10 oz (½ UK Pint) Milk


Method:

Put half the milk and all the other ingredients into a blender.
Blend, while gradually adding the rest of the milk.
The resulting batter should be like very thin cream.

Use a greased 7 inch pan to fry - you will need about 1½ tbs per crepe.

Serve with jam or sugar and lemon.
You can also stuff with a sweet or savoury filling and bake until heated through.

Note :

The blender makes foolproof and lump free pancakes.
