Porridge

Ingredients :

½ Cup Porridge Oats
¾ Cup Milk
¾ Cup Water

Method :

Put everything in a bowl and microwave on full power for 4 minutes.
Stir occasionally after the first 2 minutes and watch carefully towards the end of cooking time, to make sure it does not boil over.

Serve with fresh or dried fruit, honey, maple syrup, jam, yoghurt, milk or just a sprinkling of brown sugar.
