Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients :

8 oz Flour
1½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
2 Eggs
8 - 10 oz Milk
3 oz Butter (melted)
1 oz Sugar

Method :

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
Beat the eggs with most of the milk.
Add the melted butter.
Fold in the flour and add the sugar.
The batter should be the consistency of thick cream. Add the rest of the milk, if necessary.
Fry tablespoons of the batter on a greased pan or griddle.
Turn the pancake when bubbles appear.
Brown the second side and serve immediately with butter, jam, maple syrup, lemon juice, fruit ...
