Sundae Sauce
Ingredients : 1 tbs Sugar
5 oz Dark Chocolate (chopped)
5 oz Cream
2 tbs Dark RumMethod :
Boil the sugar and cream .
Add the chocolate and stir (without heating)until smooth.
Mix in the rum.This sauce keeps for a week in the fridge.
You can serve it cold or heat briefly in the microwave before using.
