Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients :

2 oz Brown Sugar
4 oz Golden Syrup
5 oz Dark Chocolate (chopped)
3 oz Cream
3 tbs Rum or Brandy or Grand Marnier or Espresso or whatever...

Method :

Heat the sugar and golden syrup.
Bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in the chocolate (without heating)until melted.
Add the cream and rum (or whatever) and stir well.

Serve warm.
