Irish Coffee
You will need:
Hot strong Coffee
Irish Whiskey
Sugar
Cream (lightly whipped -it should still be floppy, and about the consistency of runny honey)Heat an Irish Coffee glass.
Pour in coffee to just over half fill the glass.
Add sugar to taste and a generous measure of whiskey.
Stir well to dissolve the sugar (this helps the cream to float)
Gently spoon on a couple of tablespoons of cream. Traditionally this is poured over the back of a tablespoon so it has a soft landing. It should float on the top so you have a drink that looks like a small glass of Guinness.
Do not stir. Drink through the cream. Have another one.
